2.3 Storage Permissions
This application only requires device storage permissions to implement core functions such as junk file cleanup, redundant file organization, and residual file deletion. We will only read and identify cache files, redundant installation packages, and other junk files in the device's storage space when you actively authorize or trigger cleanup operations. We will never read, scan, or retain your private photos, videos, documents, or other personal privacy files. All file identification and cleanup operations are completed locally on your device and we will not actively upload any user's private file content to the server.
2.4 Prohibited Information Collection
We promise that we will never collect sensitive personal information without the user's explicit and active authorization.
III. Purpose of Information Use
All information we collect will only be used for the following legitimate and necessary service purposes, and will not be used for any purpose beyond the authorized scope:
- To ensure the normal and stable operation of the core functions of this application;
- To adapt to different devices and system versions, optimize application compatibility, and improve user experience;
- To troubleshoot application malfunctions, fix vulnerabilities, and iteratively optimize product functions and services;
- To collect basic product usage data, optimize product operation strategies, and improve service quality;

Users can choose to turn off "Interest-Based Advertising" and "Personalized Ad Recommendations" in their device system settings at any time. After turning them off, we will stop transmitting the corresponding device identification information to advertising service providers and terminate the personalized ad push service.
5.2 Disclosure of Laws, Regulations, and Regulatory Requirements
We have the right to provide necessary user information in accordance with laws, regulations, judicial rulings, and administrative regulatory orders, under statutory circumstances.
